Kurt was a kind, nice guy with a great smile. Our friendship goes way back to the boat racing days.Many memories in the pits and the shop with “Otto”, “Broom”, “Diz” and “Zip”. Rest in peace Kurt.

To Perl family. Kurt always apart of the Kavookjian family. We all spent many weekends in the pits getting boats ready Race. Then came Sunday’s in the fall watching football in the den with Sark & Hap. But my favorite memories was going to Friday night Basketball games in the Lincoln. Brother your gone but never forgotten, you will always be in my memories.
Our wishes for Captain Kurt are calm seas, singing whales and sunny days...may he rest in peace. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

So saddened to hear this! Kurt and I went all through Rumson schools together. He was an absolutely terrific guy, always upbeat with a smile on his face. My sympathies to the entire Perl family. Rest In Peace Kurt, save me a beer in heaven.
