Sharing a memory… I’m sure this box has some sort of character count that would never allow me to share as many memories as I have with you, mama. I can still feel you hugging me, telling me that everything is going to be okay, because we will always have each other.
Although you are no longer here, and at first I was so angry at the world for taking you from me, I now know that you live on inside of me. You are with me in everything I do. I have finally found happiness, and I hope that I am making you proud.
I love you so much my sweet mother. You did not deserve any of this. I wish you were here every morning when I wake, and every night when I go to sleep.
I hope you are with grandma and grandpa, uncle J, and lilah having the best time. I hope you enjoyed your birthday party this year. You deserved it.
