Obituary of Theresa Pagnozzi

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Theresa Pagnozzi, a loving mother and
remarkable woman. Theresa's courageous battle with cancer came to an end of January 5,
2024. She was 67 years old.
Terry was born on June 19, 1956 in Manhattan. The family moved to Union City, NJ where Terry,
along with her sister and brother, were raised by loving parents Maureen (O'Malley) and
Thomas Campbell. She graduated from Holy Rosary Academy and went on to Montclair
College.
Terry went on to become one of the first woman echocardiograph technicians in NJ. Throughout
her career, she worked in hospitals and doctors’ offices and was beloved by colleagues and
patients.
Terry was predeceased by her mother, Maureen (O'Malley) Campbell; father, Thomas Campbell.
Terry is survived by her daughter, Maureen (Michael) Kirchoff; granddaughters, Tabitha and
Delana Kirchoff; sister, Lisa Campbell and her son Thomas Hernandez; and brother David
Campbell and his son David.

Funeral Services are being handled by Posten McGinley Funeral Home 59 E Lincoln Avenue..Atlantic Highlands NJ 07716..Friends will be received on Friday from 4 to 7pm at the Funeral Home.  Mass of Christian burial will take place on Saturday 11am at St Agnes RC Church in Atlantic Highlands.
